Ayurveda is an avenue to a healthy life. The traditional Ayurveda and Siddha medical systems originated from India and its subcontinents more than 5,000 years ago and are still in practice as the first choice of treatment. These traditional medicines are now in practice as an alternative or complementary medicine all over the world.
Both systems are based on the same philosophy with slight differences according to the geographical environment, climates, and available resources. They explain and define the relationship between the universe and human beings. It teaches us how changes in the environment affect both living organisms at the cellular level and non-living substances.
The Ayurveda medical system belongs to everyone. Now, everyone around the world is using it as a complementary medical system, especially in the management of chronic diseases. It is a customized medical practice for any individual as per the change of nature and the balance within the body and mind of humans.
